Renovations & Additions
Our build team offers clients a tailored, in-house experience. With an extensive network of some of the best subcontractors and specialty creatives in the area, our curated business model allows us to custom design and build dream spaces for our clients.
We continually integrate the latest building technologies into our design-build process to offer our clients innovative home solutions and a streamlined, custom building experience.

Virtual Design
We travel outside of the Pacific NW to offer The Cline Company services near and far.
We offer our design services, project management and procurement for our out of town projects as we do for local projects and refer to preferred local home builders for construction.
We do much of our work virtually with ease and are available for project site meetings and traveling to source materials, etc. as needed.
We offer smaller consultation projects, i.e., review of drawings, cabinetry details, color consultations, etc. on an as-need basis.

The Process
PHASE I
Inquiry
Each Cline project begins with our project questionnaire found on the contact page of our website.
Our team will connect with you to share more information about working with our team. During this phase we offer a complimentary call with one of our lead designers. On this call we will learn more about the vision for your project and answer questions regarding budget, timelines, next steps, etc.
PHASE II
Consultation
The primary goal of our in-person consultation is, most importantly, to get to know you! We review the scope of work and site to determine if there are any foreseeable and/or unforeseeable challenges to be expected. We take preliminary measurements, photographs and discuss any specific areas of interest or concern pertinent to the scope.
PHASE III
Proposal & Contract
The Cline Company proposal presentation is a unique, in-depth look at the overall vision our team crafts with personalized solutions for each project. We present our design vision along with the estimated design service hours and construction budget. We review the scope of work, project goals, and next steps before executing our working relationship.
PHASE IV
Design
The fun begins! We establish floor plans and layouts with 2 & 3D renderings, select all materials, finishes and fixtures that apply to the structure of the home including cabinetry, countertops, floors, wall & ceiling treatments, plumbing fixtures, lighting, etc. Upon completion of hard surface designs, we move into the furnishings design phase.
PHASE V
Construction
Each Cline project manager works closely with our designers to keep every project running smoothly, timely and within budget. Our PMs are experts at advising our clients on building options and solutions when challenges arise, providing exceptional service through each phase of the build process.
Our clients have access to all relevant information, including project timelines, selections, change orders, photos and more through our private, online client dashboards available 24/7. Our design-build model allows for more efficient and collaborative communication with our team of experts. The Cline Company manages the entire construction & design scope from planning to execution and completion.
PHASE VI
Installation
All of the dreaming, building and imagining comes to life! The Cline Company team installs all furnishings and intentionally styles the newly built or renovated spaces. Our projects conclude with photos, a final walk through and a cheers or big group hug!
